Ingredients
  • 3 medium potatoes, (about 1 1/4 Pounds.), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon. Clover Valley® salt
  • 1 pinch Clover Valley® ground black pepper
Directions
Cover potatoes with water in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until potatoes are very tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
Return potatoes to saucepan; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Tip: Yukon Gold potatoes are perfect to use in this creamy mashed potatoes side dish.
