Gluten Free Slow Cooker Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups Clover Valley® Brown Rice
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans Clover Valley® All Natural Tomato Sauce
  • 1 jar Clover Valley® Stuffed Green Olives (1/4 cup chopped)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Clover Valley® Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Clover Valley® Pepper Jack Cheese
Directions
Fry the ground beef and the onion, and then place in slow cooker.
Add brown rice, tomato sauce and olives.
Cover and cook on High for about 3 hours. Check frequently, adding water if needed.
Serve and top with shredded cheese and guacamole, if desired.
