  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 oz. fresh feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Clover Valley® Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Clover Valley® Mayo
  • Juice from 1 small lemon
  • 1 tsp. Clover Valley® Salt
  • 1 bag Clover Valley® Egg Noodles
  • 1 small jar of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Extra feta for tossing (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until it’s smooth and creamy.
Pasta Salad
In a large pot, cook noodles according to the directions.
Once done, strain and immediately run cold water over the noodles until they’re completely cooled. Make sure to allow all extra water to drain away.
Mix the all of the salad ingredients together and toss with dressing.
If prepping ahead of time for a potluck, mix with dressing and cover until ready to serve.
Serve right away, or chill for one hour for best results.
