  • 1 (16-oz.) box Clover Valley® Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 (16.75-oz.) can Clover Valley® Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can Clover Valley® Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 2-1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Clover Valley® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Clover Valley® Flavored Crackers (topping)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (topping)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bring 4 quarts of water to boil in large pot, cook macaroni for 7 to10 minutes (add a little olive oil to keep from sticking together), and drain.
Brown ground beef or turkey in skillet and drain.
Combine the macaroni, beef or turkey and all the remaining ingredients in baking dish.
Mix ingredients well and cover with crushed crackers and cheese topping.
Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
