Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 12 Oreo Cookies
  • 2 tbsp. Clover Valley® Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Clover Valley® Butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 C. Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 1 C. Clover Valley® Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Clover Valley® Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Clover Valley® Vanilla
  • Cool Whip
Directions
In a food processor, blend 12 Oreos and 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Add 2 tbsp. melted butter and blend again
Press crust mixture into cupcake tin
For the filling, beat 16 oz. softened cream cheese in a food processor
Add 1 C. sugar, 1/3 C. hot chocolate mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 2 eggs
Pulse until smooth
Top off with filling
Bake at 350° for 17-20 minutes
Cool and refrigerate overnight
Top with whipped cream and hot chocolate mix
